Abstract:
This research project aims to explore the relationship between social support networks and mental health outcomes. The study will investigate how different types of social support, such as emotional, instrumental, and informational support, influence individuals’ mental well-being. Additionally, the research will examine the role of social networks, including family, friends, and community connections, in providing support and buffering against mental health issues. The findings of this study will contribute to a better understanding of the importance of social support in promoting mental health and inform interventions and policies aimed at improving mental well-being.
